Guess what?!?!?!!?!?!?!?
We're pregnant!!!! Kind of weird for both of us, but we're very excited. The new guy will be here June 16, 2004 (at least we're assuming it's a "guy". We'll find out some day.....
New stuff to look for: a new link to Paul, Joli & Raya, some new pictures of the family from our summer trip to Elko and a couple pictures of Xavier the wonder-dog after his "surgery".

You've all heard the rumors...and yes they're true......I did jump out of an airplane and my shirt did go over my head. I have pictures that are "family friendly". Go here......embarassing pictures.
A programming note to all our friends: Turner Classic Movies is holding a "Salute to Bollywood" every Thursday during June starting at 8pm eastern. This is a good opportunity to watch some decent movies produced outside the Hollywood mainstream. Check it out!
Justin & I took Xavier hiking in the Georgia & North Carolina mountains last weekend. We had a great time & even took pictures of Xavier swimming in a lake (what proud parents we are).

I know it's been awhile since we updated this page, but we finally did! We've got all kinds of new & exciting stuff: pictures from mom & I on our European trip, my graduation pictures (I did graduate last fall, but I walked through the ceremony this spring - we needed the photo ops), pictures of Paul & Joli visiting (and our trip to Turner Field) as well as new colors & layout for hours of fun-filled entertainment. Enjoy!
Look for upcoming items such as new baby pictures (yup - both Paul & Joli and Chris & Victoriya had baby girls this spring) and maybe even a recent (and decent) picture of Jody!

Justin's older brother Craig came out to Atlanta to visit. Him and Justin made it to two Brave's games and the Martin Luther King Junior Memorial. See the picutures here. I think there is a plot to make Justin a Braves fan one way or another.

Laura's older brother and his wife, Paul and Joli, made the trek to Atlanta. I like to think that they came to see us but perhaps Paul actually came to see the Braves. See the pictures here. The most shocking picture is the one of Paul in front of the dugout - it appears that he does own a shirt with sleaves.
We are finally settled in Atlanta. Well Justin is finally settled in Atlanta. Laura has been working in Birmingham for the last four months and only makes it to Atlanta for a weekend every two or three weeks.
Justin was lucky enough to find a new job at YouDecide. He will be helping to add new products to the site and hopefully there will be a migration to Java this fall.

It's a new year and we're moving to Atlanta. Laura got a promotion & will be a Process Engineer and the Corporate Technical Center. Justin will be looking for new opportunities in the area. We won't be moving until April, so we'll have plenty of time to spend with our friends here in Iowa.
It's been awhile since we updated the web page, so we missed a lot of events. New today are: the halloween party, Chicago in November, Thanksgiving, christmas in Denver and our very own New Year's Eve party. Enjoy!

We went to the "Amazing Maize Maze" with some friends. We split up into teams to see who could get through it first. Boys vs girls. Any guesses as to who won? Girls: 0:54; boys: 1:12. Any surprises? We have pictures of the teams.

August 5, 2001We just returned from Las Vegas. Chris & Victoriya were married in a great ceremony. Both sides of the family were there & we had a great time. Enjoy the pictures.

I guess the big news lately is the flood. We're not affected at home, but the Lafarge kiln is down because the loading docks and rail lines are under water. We've attached some pictures if you'd like to see. I'll be adding more pictures, so stay tuned.

Although we lead a fairly boring life, our friends Danna & Brian have had some excitement; they live in Seattle & lived through the earthquake. When it struck, they were testing out a new webcam, so they got the entire thing live. Check it out on their webpage: Brian & Danna
Laura is making cement at Lafarge Corporation. She's also in school working on her MBA at the University of Iowa. This semester, she's taking Corporate Financial Reporting & The Economics of E-Commerce. What excitement. Accounting sucks. Still waiting for that May 2002 graduation date.
Xavier is our faithful dog. He takes care of the homefront while we're out in the working world. In his free time, he has created his own web page. Check it out.
