I had to go on a business trip to Annecy, France so mom & I made a vacation out of it. We hit France, Switerland & Italy in under two weeks - it was amazing!

We actually went up this mountain in a gondola to Aiguille du Midi. Mom didn't scream once. This picture shows the glacier - the largest one in Europe.

Here we are getting ready to go snowshoeing up in the Alps. Note the little lights attached to our heads (Paul would be very proud)

After snowshoeing, we needed a little refreshment to warm us up a bit. Thank goodness for some friends.

This is why we keep Jonathan around - he always has a bottle of alcohol in his pocket for "emergency" use.
